We have been using Kevin and Ann as our “go to” travel agent for a few years now. We’ve had great service at all time, however the most recent experience was the best ever. Sometimes we just want the standard cruise, but this time we wanted fly cruise with hotels before and after. Kevin booked us onto the 2 week Azamara Intensive Japan cruise in April. He arrange business class flights, 4 days in Tokyo pre-cruise and 3 days in Osaka post-cruise. It was an amazing, once in a lifetime cruise and everything went according to Kevin’s plan. We cannot thank them enough and have already booked our next two holidays with them.

We would like to say thank you for arranging our cruise holiday to the Caribbean with Norwegian Cruise Lines. You met all our expectations in the itinerary and everything joined up seamlessly, and excellent value for money. The choice of Hotel at the start of the holiday was excellent, centrally located for the shops and the beach, even a card for two sunbeds on the beach from the hotel. The cruise was everything we expected and more, especially with the room upgrade. The drinks package and on board spend was a bonus. Your planning and the information you provided were very helpful and gave us peace of mind, so everything went like clockwork. I would especially like to mention the service you provided when our flights were cancelled due to heavy snow in Philadelphia, receiving your text message about our rearranged flights was a big relief, as we thought we may have to go to the airport and wait it out, spending it on Miami beach with an extra night in the hotel was much more pleasurable, the reception on the ship was inundated with enquiries by American’s trying to enquire about their flights with obviously no success, the peace of mind that our flights had been sorted out whilst all around us was chaos with 11,000 flights cancelled, thank you again for your concern and prompt action.
