Enchanté is a state of the art, double-decker hotel barge that has been built to the highest standard. She provides luxurious accommodation for up to 8 guests in four equally spacious twin or double-bedded suites, the largest of any hotel barge on the Canal du Midi (approx. 165sq ft each including en suite) and with superbly appointed bathrooms.
The hotel barge is tastefully furnished in a contemporary style, creating a bright, art deco atmosphere. She has a large, spacious saloon where the attention to detail is exceptional. She also has a demonstration galley allowing guests to see the skilled chef at work, CD/iPod sound system, a computer with internet connection for guests' use, and heating and air conditioning throughout. There is a spacious sun deck, with alfresco dining area and gorgeous spa pool.
The classic traditions of French and International cuisine are an unforgettable highlight of your cruise. The onboard chefs are experienced, highly-trained culinary artists, whose gastronomic creations are often rated higher by our discerning clients than those they have sampled in top restaurants.
Enchanté does not offer any dedicated enrichment facilities. She however visits many location of historical or cultural value. See below for more information on the Canal du Midi.
Each hotel barge has a library, games and a CD player/iPod dock and some of them a spa pool on the sun deck, TV/DVD, or computer with internet access, often WiFi. Some even have a telescope for an after-dinner gaze into the night sky. There is also, of course, an open bar stocked with a wide range of alcoholic and soft drinks.
Enchanté does not offer any dedicated Health & Fitness facilities. However, a Spa Pool is located on the Upper Deck at the rear of the ship for those looking to relax in relaxing warm water. 8 touring bikes are available on request for anyone wishing to cycle through the areas visited.
Echanté does not offer any dedicated Kids & Teens facilities.
