Having been on many cruises with my family and enjoyed every single minute of them I am very happy to spend my days talking about cruise holidays with customers old and new.
My professional life has been spent talking to people and, having spent many years working in the insurance field, I am now delighted to be offering my services in an industry that I love and having the chance to meet and speak to customers, old and new - every day.
If I have learned anything in my career it is that it is important to listen carefully to customers and match (or indeed exceed) their needs and expectations. My aim is to make dealing with GoCruise an enjoyable and memorable experience - I want you to come back and book your cruise with us again and again.
I am available 7 days a week, 365 days a year to deal with your cruise enquiries and I am proud to be able to say that I have never failed to return a call to a customer or knowingly offered a higher price than any of my competitors.
I have cruised on a variety of ships and found that there is a ship out there that will suit every single one of us so, whether you are a party animal looking for two weeks of sun and fun or are embarking on the educational trip of a lifetime my job will be to match the ship and itinerary that best suits your needs.
Please feel free to contact me if you need any information at all about your cruise holiday, even if you have already booked. I'll do my best to make sure that you choose GoCruise next time!close ↑
Why GoCruise with Nick Hollandsread more ↓
Being a Cruise Consultant with GoCruise I have access to some of the best fares available, so much so that I am very happy to make a promise to everyone that is, if I am given the chance, I will always offer the best deal for any given cruise.
For many this will mean simply obtaining the best price which anyone can do but, what if you want to know which side of the ship is best for a particular cruise? Would it be better to be looking at the sea from a balcony cabin or a magical coastline through a picture window?
Would you know which of the Owner's Suites is best on a luxury cruise ship? Did you think about the noise you might get from above when the crew were converting the Tapas Bar into a breakfast venue? Where is the nightclub? Did you want it close by so that you can fall, exhausted, into your bed in the early hours or would you rather it was as far away as possible so that you could get a peaceful nights sleep?
What about those prices that you saw on the internet? Are they the final price or are taxes not included? What about tips? Are they included in the price or added to your on board account by the cruise line? Would it be better to pay them on board at the end of the cruise at the beginning or before you go?
So many questions and you will need the answers before you part with your hard earned holiday savings!
Don't forget, cruising is not like buying car insurance - the best prices are hardly ever available direct from the cruise lines themselves. Talk to an agent - better still, talk to me!close ↑
Cruise Experienceread more ↓
My experiences of life "at sea" began as a 5 year old when I was given free run of the timber ships in London's Surrey Docks whilst my Dad unloaded their cargo. Health and safety hadn't been thought of in those days!
My Family holidayed in the Isle of Wight and watched the great liners sail out of Southampton including the Queen Mary, Queen Elizabeth, SS United States and France.
I finally managed to get on a cruise ship about 40 years later when I embarked on Ocean Village in Palma, Majorca and from the moment she weighed anchor, I was hooked on the experience. Two years later I sailed the inside passage in Alaska with Norwegian Sun and then moved to the Premium Luxury line Oceania for a trip around the Eastern Mediterranean on Insignia.
My priorities as far as cruise ships were concerned then changed dramatically when my family came along and since then we have cruised on Royal Caribbean's Adventure of the Seas and Independence of the Seas (a great line to choose if you want to lose teenagers!) as well as Celebrity Reflection.
Someone in between all these I've also managed to get on board MSC Musica, Grand Princess and Norwegian Epic and have my sights firmly set on a jaunt around the Caribbean on a Star Clipper ship and a River Cruise to the Christmas Markets of Europe.
Whichever ship and itinerary you choose there is nothing like sailing away on a summer's evening knowing that the next few hours will bring great food, superb entertainment and new friends before you wake up the next day in a new port ready to do the whole thing again.
You really cannot beat a cruise!close ↑
