Martyn & Zoe have been involved with the cruise industry since 2002 and during this time have become very passionate about fulfilling many people's dreams and aspirations to cruise.
Martyn has a wealth of previous sales experience and customer service having spent a very successful 20 years at the very top end of the motor trade with 13 years at Volvo and Mercedes Benz before reaching the pinnacle as a franchise manager for Aston Martin in the Midlands.
Like cars, he sees the buying process of a cruise holiday as a very emotive purchase and has the knack of discovering customer’s needs to ensure that they simply buy the right cruise. Of course nothing is ever guaranteed but Martyn believes that there is a cruise out there for everyone whether it is the ship, the type of cabin or the cruise destination. He will talk to you at length about cruising such is his passion but the only way to find out is by talking to him.
Zoe’s background is in many ways very different whilst at the same time very similar. She spent most of her life in the banking sector at the Bradford & Bingley and, for a number of years, Nat West where she gained a wealth of customer service experience. A great listener, Zoe is knowledgeable and always very enthusiastic when talking to people and this enthusiasm is as noticeable at the end of the day as at the beginning so don’t worry about what time you call….unless it’s after midnight or before six!
Martyn & Zoe do make a great team and always want to hear about other’s cruise experiences. They will treat you like you are their only customer and always in a professional, polite and understanding way.close ↑

Cruising is not every person's idea of a perfect holiday and anyone new to cruising can be excused for being a little apprehensive initially for various reasons. That is why we always ask the right questions to ensure that our customers are put on a ship and to a destination that fits their criteria and that they will then tell everyone about us.
As independent franchisees of GoCruise we have been given the tools to learn all aspects of cruising and have every confidence that the majority of our clients will come back time and again.
GoCruise with Martyn & Zoe has a very unbiased opinion when it comes to cruise ships and destinations as we all have different ideals but with our experiences of cruising we can often offer firsthand experience to help customers make that all important final decision.

Cruise Experienceread more ↓
Our first cruise experience was with Celebrity Cruises on the Celebrity Century. By today’s standards she is relatively small but being our first cruise we hold some affection for Celebrity as we have since cruised on three of the Solstice class ships, Celebrity’s Solstice, Eclipse and Equinox. They offer excellent service, superb dining and fully deserve their premium class rating.
Holland America Line are also perfect for those who want to experience a premium class cruise and although, like Celebrity Cruises, they do have formal evenings, there are lots of alternative dining venues if you prefer a more laid back approach.
Sailing from a UK port is extremely popular with the British for obvious reasons. Fred Olsen Cruise Lines cruise out of several UK ports like Dover Port in the south and Greenock in Scotland. Fred Olsen ships are smaller and less busy than the big ships but with fewer people on board there is plenty of space to relax and enjoy the excellent service and peaceful ambience.
Our dream cruise line however has to be Oceania Cruises. Now these are cruises for foodies with sumptuous gourmet food served daily. The 684 guest ships in the fleet, Nautica, Insignia and Regatta are all identical with lots of superb teak and rich fabrics and furnishings and with a guest to staff ratio of less than 2 to 1 expect to be pampered. The 2 new additions to the fleet, Oceania Marina and Riviera, are sleek and very modern. Carrying 1,250 passengers these 2 ships carry on the Oceania tradition of offering value -for-money cruises and there is open dining so you can dine where, when and with whom you wish.close ↑
