Personal Backgroundread more ↓
I am a strong supporter of the saying "People buy from People like us" and build good relationships with clients - often talking and emailing many times before committing to a booking.
I have a life time experience in professional Sales and Marketing which I can now apply to offering clients the very best service in sourcing and booking cruise and specialist travel itineraries.
Making sure people book the right ship and itinerary is the key to a successful cruise.
Being over 60 (just) means that I relate strongly to the main age group - 50+ who book cruises - and having grown up children who cruise with me means I can also help the next generation - 25+ find the right small ship or expedition cruise.
My main business comes from recommendation and repeat clients - thus my key role is understanding what the client is looking for!close ↑

Cruise Experienceread more ↓
I love small ship and river cruising. I have covered most of Europe - every river has some favourite stretches. Russia challenges the mind and the senses.
My favourite cruise is always the one I am about to take - perhaps the Mekong or the Mississippi. Memorable moments include dolphins swimming with Star Clipper off the Greek Islands, ice breaking en-route to St Petersburg , wine tasting on the Rhone - and minus 17degrees centigrade on the Danube in Regensburg. Seeing the Norwegian Fjords for the first time and wondering why such stunning places are so close to the UK but so few people have been.close ↑
