As we get closer to the launch of Scarlet Lady, the first ship in the Virgin Voyages fleet, due in the Spring of 2020, I have been thinking about just some of the questions that sailors (also known as passengers) might ask crew members when they get onboard on one of the first 2020/21 Scarlet Lady Itineraries. Often when you ask a question, you like to hear the answer ‘yes’, however on a Virgin Voyage it can be great to hear the answer ‘no’. To prove a point, I have listed some of the questions cruise ship passengers often ask, and you might be surprised at some of the answers.

Further down the page you can watch a short video I made onboard Scarlet Lady in February 2019 when I visited her mid-construction in the Fincantieri shipyard in Genoa.
